A return is possible within 30 days after receipt of your order very easily, and completely free of charge for you. Please use the original box and enclose the completed return form that was sent to you with your order confirmation. The promotion is valid for the item IONIQ ONE Sprayer purchased from the IONIQ Skincare webshop at ioniqskin.com. It includes the IONIQ ONE Sprayer and the enclosed RESET cleaning cartridge, as well as a cosmetic product of your choice. Other cosmetic products can only be returned if they have not been opened. To participate, you must be 18 years of age or older and have your primary residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain or Great Britain. The use of this return right is only possible once per person. You must provide the complete device in its original packaging (the packaging may of course have been opened beforehand), including all accessories and proof of purchase. The claim is not made within 30 days of the purchase date or the device has been damaged by the participant you will no longer be able to apply for a refund (warranty rights and guarantee are not affected by this action). The purchase price will be paid within 30 working days, after reception of the device and the above documents, by cashless payment to the account designated by the buyer. IONIQ Skincare is not liable for incomplete or lost documents unless IONIQ Skincare is at fault. A return is possible within 30 days after receipt of your order very easily, and completely free for you.

Please use the original box and include the completed return form that was sent to you with your invoice.

You can have the return label in the IONIQ returns portal. You can then either print it yourself and attach it to the parcel, or present the QR code at your local post office.

How long does a SUN cartridge last?

According to the EN ISO 24444 European standard, a quantity of 2 milligrams per square centimetre of skin is recommended for adults. You should reapply the product at least every two hours to ensure adequate sun protection. So, sunscreen cartridge use depends on individual body size and the duration and frequency of sunbathing.

What do I need to consider when applying IONIQ SUN?

  1. The IONIQ Skincare app determines the ideal sun protection for each person’s individual skin tone both in current, and future local UV exposure. It also calculates the ideal spraying time needed to give each body part an even application.
  2. During the application, you should maintain a distance of approximately 20-40 centimetres between the IONIQ ONE Sprayer and your skin. There is no need to rub it in with your hands.
  3. The protection is waterproof and immediately effective. To avoid sunburn, it is important to keep applying regularly. The app has a reminder function to help with this.
