Return

A return is possible within 30 days after receipt of your order very easily, and completely free of charge for you. Please use the original box and enclose the completed return form that was sent to you with your order confirmation. In our FAQ’s you will find the link to the Royal Mail returns portal including instructions. For inquiries regarding this test promotion please contact our Customer Care Team.​

Conditions of participation​

The promotion is valid for the item IONIQ ONE Sprayer purchased from the IONIQ Skincare webshop at ioniqskin.com. It includes the IONIQ ONE Sprayer and the enclosed RESET cleaning cartridge, as well as a cosmetic product of your choice. Other cosmetic products can only be returned if they have not been opened. To participate, you must be 18 years of age or older and have your primary residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain or Great Britain. The use of this return right is only possible once per person. You must provide the complete device in its original packaging (the packaging may of course have been opened beforehand), including all accessories and proof of purchase. The claim is not made within 30 days of the purchase date or the device has been damaged by the participant you will no longer be able to apply for a refund (warranty rights and guarantee are not affected by this action). The purchase price will be paid within 30 working days, after reception of the device and the above documents, by cashless payment to the account designated by the buyer. IONIQ Skincare is not liable for incomplete or lost documents unless IONIQ Skincare is at fault. By participating, the purchaser confirms that they meet the before mentioned aforementioned conditions. IONIQ Skincare reserves the right to take legal action against abuse. ​

We currently deliver to Great Britain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain. Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands cannot be supplied.

Shipping Costs

You don't want to pay shipping costs? Starting from 39,- € your delivery is free of charge.

If your order is below 39,- €, we charge a shipping fee of 4,95 €.

Besides the sales tax and shipping costs shown in your order summary, there are no other costs for you, such as custom fees.

Shipping provider und delivery times

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Our carriers are:

• Germany: DHL; usually 1-3 working days
• Austria: DHL; usually 3-5 working days
• Switzerland: Swiss Post; usually 3-4 working days
• Spain: DHL; usually 5-7 working days
• Great Britain: TNT; usually 5-7 working days.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Bank holidays are excluded.

After your order you will receive an order summary right in your inbox with your order details. You can also find your order in My Account.

Invoice & Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our logistics center, we will send you an email with your invoice and the return form. That email will also contain your tracking number.

Returns

You want to return your sprayer or cartridge?

Returning unopened cosmetic cartridges within 30 days of receiving your order is very easy and completely free of charge for you. Please contact helloservice@ioniqskin.com to request a returns label. Once we have received and checked your return, your money will be refunded immediately.
