A return is possible within 30 days after receipt of your order very easily, and completely free of charge for you. Please use the original box and enclose the completed return form that was sent to you with your order confirmation. Conditions of participation​

The promotion is valid for the item IONIQ ONE Sprayer purchased from the IONIQ Skincare webshop at ioniqskin.com. It includes the IONIQ ONE Sprayer and the enclosed RESET cleaning cartridge, as well as a cosmetic product of your choice. Other cosmetic products can only be returned if they have not been opened. To participate, you must be 18 years of age or older and have your primary residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain or Great Britain. The use of this return right is only possible once per person. You must provide the complete device in its original packaging (the packaging may of course have been opened beforehand), including all accessories and proof of purchase. The claim is not made within 30 days of the purchase date or the device has been damaged by the participant you will no longer be able to apply for a refund (warranty rights and guarantee are not affected by this action). The purchase price will be paid within 30 working days, after reception of the device and the above documents, by cashless payment to the account designated by the buyer. IONIQ Skincare is not liable for incomplete or lost documents unless IONIQ Skincare is at fault. As soon as your package leaves our logistics center, we will send you an email with your invoice and the return form. That email will also contain your tracking number.

Returns

You want to return your sprayer or cartridge?

A return is possible within 30 days after receipt of your order very easily, and completely free for you.

Please use the original box and include the completed return form that was sent to you with your invoice.

You can create your label in the DHL returns portal. Please follow the instructions from DHL and enter your correct details so that we can allocate your parcel and get your money back as quickly as possible. You can then either print out the return label yourself or show the QR code at the parcel shop.

After receiving and checking your return, your money will be refunded immediately.

How long does a BODY Glow cartridge last?

A BODY Glow cartridge will generally allow roughly 20 whole-body applications. The right quantity depends on your individual preference, height and build. The concentrated formula means IONIQ ONE can be applied in a very thin layer. Even a small quantity produces soft, smooth skin without leaving a greasy feel.

What do I need to consider when applying IONIQ BODY Glow?

  1. BODY Glow is a Must-Have product for the daily beauty-routine. You can spray on as much as you need to achieve the perfect skin feel. It is also possible to apply multiple coats if, for example, it’s the winter or your skin is generally dry. The IONIQ Skincare app calculates the ideal spraying time needed to give each body part an even application.
  2. During the application, you should maintain a distance of approximately 20-40 centimetres between the IONIQ ONE Sprayer and your skin. There is no need to rub it in with your hands.
  3. The vegan formulation with many high-quality oils ensures a velvety-soft skin sensation with a natural-looking Glow.
